Just 2 weeks to go until camping time.

When are you arriving for the KICK-OFF Camp out? I reserved my site for Friday and Saturday.. I might add Thursday.

We should be arriving on Thursday. Can't wait!

Unfortunately, we wont be able to get there till about 7 or 8 Friday evening. But we are looking forward to it

It looks like I may be able to get there on Thursday as well. I should know by the end of this week.

I will not be able to arrive untill about 7 or so myself, the kids have school and I just found out that I have to work that friday now, I was off, but I am going to try to leave early from work.

What time is check-in, does anyone know?? Carolyn and I will be arriving friday as soon as its allowed, shes on vacation

the MISTY RIVER website says (under campground rules):
CHECK-IN AFTER 1:00 PM; CHECK-OUT BEFORE 11:00 AM.

I am hoping to be there around 1-2 pm on Friday.

We had a change of plans, so we will be there about noon - 1 pm on Friday.

I have sent an email to MISTY RIVER,.. requesting the addition of Thursday to my reservation. If the site is available that day.. I should be arriving on Thursday afternoon.

Hey there guys... I am still working on getting a camper lol... I am going to have my kids that weekend, I found a nice little camper that i am very interested in restoring. Its an old shasta. So if it works out the kids and I are going to try and make it still

OCB Dave, you sure go through campers quickly. Wow. I've got a 3-man tent you could borrow, if things get that tough.

Is anyone planning a trip to Dollywood on Saturday, while we are camping? It looks like it's about 45 minutes away (based on Google Maps. I haven't bought this year's passes yet, so I'm somewhat undecided. Since there are going to be lots of kids, we may just hang around the campground. Still, the festival of nations is one of my favorite show events at Dollywood.

I am up for a DW trip. Already got my season pass.

My friend, from work (Fritz Family) will not be attending.

I know its still a few days out.. but the weather forecast looks pretty good for the MISTY RIVER event.

daytime highs 70-75.. lows in the upper 40s and low 50s... only a 10% chance of rain.

Gonna be a good time!

Hey Alan, Don't be shy about asking us to help with your setup. I know that I'm happy to do any stooping, lifting, pulling or straining needed to keep the pressure off your back and neck. I know you could probably do everything on your own, but I want to help, so tell me what to do along those lines. I'm betting the rest of the gang feels the same way.
