I called Chong and she registered me, she didn't give me a campsite though. She told me she would email me a confimation, but I have yet to see it.

Alan, did you request a certain site? If you did, she will try to get it for you.abivens wrote:I called Chong and she registered me, she didn't give me a campsite though. She told me she would email me a confimation, but I have yet to see it.

So, Alan, is a cornhole tournament in the plan? What other sport can you play and drink your favorite beverage at the same time. (Well, fishing would work).
I've got to find something besides Corn to fill my bags with, as having corn living in the pup, with the dust and all, will be a strong invitation to mice. The bags are supposed to be 6 inches by 6 inches and weigh between 14 and 16 Ounces without being tight. (I looked it up).

Definately a tournament. Are you making bean bags? I have some bags that are "official", but they are filled with the dried corn. Do you want them?

The game will be better once we all have consumed some adult beverages.abivens wrote:Richard wrote:So, Alan, is a cornhole tournament in the plan? What other sport can you play and drink your favorite beverage at the same time. (Well, fishing would work).

Chuck, my engineering class is making corn hole boards as their project this semester. If anyone needs a set, just let me know. Disclaimer: these are built by students so please do not judge the craftmanship too harshly..lolchuck wrote:Richard.. do you have a cornhole game? Or are you building one?

Hey Alan, I may want the dried corn bags, but I'm looking at other options, as I don't want to attract mice to Miss Danger, and that's where they will live. She's bed enough without mice.
Chuck, I'm getting a set of Alan's class project boards. I'm going to bring a 27 foot piece of string so we can have them the exact right distance apart. You know how picky I am about things being perfect (Hahaha).
Gregg, glad you are bringing a set. We can play more than two teams at once this way.
Coolbreeze, are you implying that you'll be bringing adult beverages for people to enjoy before the game of cornhole?

Richard, I think you mis-understood. I said the game would be funnier after some adult beverages. Nothing mentioned about supplying them.

I think Richard was joking.. nobody really expects you to bring any beer.

Chuck, you never know. I might just make this weekend one where I get totally relaxed.chuck wrote:coolbreeze1 wrote:Richard, I think you mis-understood. I said the game would be funnier after some adult beverages. Nothing mentioned about supplying them.

So now you are supplying the adult beverages for the cornhole tournament? And that totally relaxes you. Who knew? What a great guy you are Tim. I probably won't have an adult beverage myself, but it's nice of you to do it for everyone else.

I love the way you try to turn things around Richard. I never mentioned supplying anything.Richard wrote:So now you are supplying the adult beverages for the cornhole tournament? Fair enough, no beverages supplied by Tim. All the kids will be disapointed.

Why I thought you were supplying the kids, with all the water, and instant lemonade, the yahoo's and those caffeine free sprites.Richard wrote:Fair enough, no beverages supplied by Tim. All the kids will be disapointed.
