I am not a big fan of commercial campgrounds.. but sometimes, if you want to visit a tourist area.. a commercial CG might be the only choice. This looks like a fairly new campground in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area. It's off Wears Valley Rd.. about 3-4 miles beyond Clabough Campground. Pics look good.

Wonder how long this RV park been there, I like the creek sites. Looks like there are plenty of trees to cover the camper in hot weather and open sites for cooler weather. I like having that opinion. I would stay here.
