VC 2013 FALL Camping event at PANTHER CREEK State Park

YES! I am attending the VC 2013 FALL Camping event at PANTHER CREEK State Park!
(October 11-13, 2013.. Some campers arriving earlier)

RESERVED SO FAR:
1. Chuck and Max - site #37 (arriving Thursday)
2. Donna, Butch and girls - site #29 (also arriving Thursday, our 38th wedding anniversary)
3. Ray, Karen and kids - site #27
4. Kim, Carolyn and Sam the spotty dog - site #13 (arriving Friday afternoon)
5. Steve and Lori Howell site #47 We will be there early on Friday.
6. Richard and kids - site #2 (arriving Friday)

Richard.. I liked site #2.. it looks like one of the best in the park.. but I have never camped there, so I am really not sure.

The kids on this trip will almost outnumber the adults!

Looking forward to it, but we all sorts of things that have come up, happening that weekend.

I don't know what we will do - we will have to figure it out.

Donna, if the campers rockin' we won't come knockin' :-)

I like Michelob Light or Cayman Jack since you're bringing extra. I know a couple of little kids that may not be coming if their behavior doesn't improve drastically and quickly.

Dimetapp calms them down and it could be cold season.

Whoever measured the sites at Panther Creek must have been drugs. The web site said site #48 was 34ft long. Going by that the rear of my trailer would have to been buried into the hillside. 

I actually stepped off a couple of the sites t see if the measurements were accurate. they were.. however I didn't really look at #48.

Yep, alot of them looked to be correct, but 48 sure wasn't. I picked 15 because it was 33ft and just so happened to have a 5'er in it when we went out looking.

so.. Tim.. are you gonna camp with us in October? or just gonna come by and visit? are you in 15... for the October camping event?

Well wont be able to make this trip son has a football game sat wanted to but unable to. Oh well hopefully next spring kick off

We will be arriving on Thursday, but on Saturday morning, we will leave for a few hours and drive back to Bristol for a BatMitzvah for a friend of the family. I think we should be back about 1 or 2 pm.

I wish Dave and Darlene were coming.. won't be the same without them.. but they told me a few weeks ago that they had some other plans.

Looks like we are going to have a pretty good turnout for our first fall camping trip.

I talked with Al/Diane Bivens. They will be coaching soccer and can't make it.
