I stayed at Myrtle Beach Travel Park last year and loved it there. We looked at Pirateland and talked to some people that has stayed there and other places, Pirateland it seems to have ant issues, and very tight camp sites. I would look at some other places before I stayed here. Look at it on RV Park Reviews . Com

If you like State Parks, Huntington Beach SP is located near Murrel's Inlet about 17 miles south of Myrtle Beach. Large sites, the beach is within 200 yards of the campsites with 3 boardwalks to the beach (there is also a public part of the beach where most of the locals go that is about 1/4 mile from the campground. With only about a 20 min drive to Myrtle. This is where we love to camp. Lots to do at the SP and very close by. Call early for reservations (4-6 months) give it a look!
