Tennessee SMOKIES baseball/camping

I am a baseball fan.. and love going to Ohio to see my favorites, the Cincinnati Reds, a couple of times each year. But.. much closer to home.. and a lotta fun.. is the Tennessee SMOKIES. I want to try and do a SMOKIES camping weekend this year. I'll pick a weekend when the team has games scheduled on Friday and Saturday. There a a few nice campgrounds close by.. and for daytime activities.. Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the mountains are not far away.

I'll let you know.. in case anyone else wants to go.

The Smokies would be a step up for us. We go to Johnson City Cardinals games (Applician Rookie League). We are so low in pro baseball that we don't get ANY A's.
