I've had to knock crabs back into the pot at crab boils down in Louisiana. I just love Cajun Folk. The key is to not ask what's in it, if you have already swallowed some of it. You'd rather not know. If you like it, take another bite and don't look at it too much.

I've eaten plenty of crawldads and loved each one. Sometimes the antennea were still moving a bit but that didn't stop me.
