Snow from the Super Storm ??

I know Richard and some other folks live up in North East TN. and Merrykalia lives up in VA. Has anyone had any snowfall from the super storm that's hit the east coast yet? All we have received is alot of wind so far. I would love to have some snow!!

Then come on up to my place!!!

We have gotten about 8-9" of snow SO FAR and it's still snowing. We have a steady breeze (5-10 mph), and have been getting a few gusts, but nothing compared to what I was expecting.

The girls have already been out, made a snowman, sledded for a while, had hot chocolate and MADE homemade chicken noodle soup (with a little assistance from me). We are now sitting around eating it and it is yummy.

I am hoping that this will soon pass and get back to good FALL weather.

No snow here but the views of the snow covered Smokies on a clear day like today were awesome. I could see them all the way from I275 at Baxter Ave this afternoon. Even better views from here in Maryville.

It blows my mind that I was up in Cades Cove last Friday with my son's fieldtrip with only a T-shirt on.

We went from great fall weather to winter weather, now its fixing to be fall weather again and all the DR's will be slammed pack with sick people. I just wish I would get enough snow to sled in I am SO JEALOUS!
