NewCamperOldTimer - Knoxville

Hi to all and thank you for allowing us to join this group.
We are both recently retired and looking forward to enjoying this new lifestyle.
Although we have camped some in the past we decided in 2012 to purchase a new TT and get serious. We have used the new rig about 10 or 12 times in the last couple of years but the longest trip was to Ten Mile @ Hornsby Hollow. Looking to expand a little bit this year. We sometimes camp with a couple of grandkids (12 & 13) but also enjoy the peace and quiet of just 2 old fogies   

Hopefully we can meet and make new friends this year!

I said welcome on another thread, so I will join in here and say a welcome, also.

My DH, Butch and I (Donna) are also retired. He from teaching almost 2 years ago and me from law enforcement over 4 years ago.

We may be retired, but we still have two daughters, aged 9 and 6.

Please check out our thread about our 2014 spring campout which will PROBABLY be at Panther Creek SP outside of Morristown. Our fall camping trip was to there and we had a great time and hope for the same this spring.
