WOW almost finished doing the front brakes. They were huge and heavy, right side started to hang up . Found caliber boots melted change out both sides and hoses. Put in new wheel bearings and races, going to finish in evening heat not so brutal ,I should be finished tomorrow night need to bleed them and road test. Going to CT in June, My wife and brother in law want see see there mom and dad. Round trip 1,800 mile $$$$$ gas for sure . Got to check out rig for any bugs for sure.

Well brakes turn out great road test passed, changed oil put in a quick valve to replace oil plug now all you do is pull up lever and turn starts draining no tools. Put in new rear signal blub we are now adding on to queen size bed not big enough with both Husky's on there LOL. Had to replace motor for slide out ouch. Next guess she really needs a good bath. I still got 2 1/2 weeks to finish before trip. Smile Very Happy

Everything went OK then blow outs started , going to CT after we got back found tires were defected got replacements. As far as I' m concern trip was to Hell couldn't wait till it was over and got back to the real world. My brother in law wanted to go Evey where ran me to death. Then he comes back and says he didn't do anything earge to kill for sure after that never again a long trip with him again.

Sorry you had such a tough experience, both with the Bro in Law and with the tires. I was thinking that you had found some heavier duty tires that solved the blow-out problem. That's gotta be a no-fun memory.

I was told by a tire man that coaches which sit for long time do this, he tells me to take it out once a month and drive it 20 miles or so the other tires lasted about a year, these lasted 4 years. I guess time will tell.
