couple of mods tomorrow.. maybe

I haven't camped in my new2me travel trailer yet.. but been enjoying cleaning and setting things up. Gonna do a couple simple mods tomorrow (if the rain stays away.. and if I want to).

Gonna put on those gutter extensions they sell at WALMART.. (here they are) I bought a pack of 4 (eight $).. they just clip on. They should re-direct the flow of rain water, from the roof, by an extra 3 inches or so.. and keep it off the side of the camper. I think the waters flows off of the roof of this camper pretty good.. because the roof is not flat. It is actually arched a little. I went out after the recent rain and noticed the water flowing outta the gutters.. but it was hitting the sides of the camper about 6 inches down from the roof. This leads to excess black streaks. There are a few tricks to help prevent this, including the old clothespin solution.. but for $8 I think the gutter extensions look nicer. I will let ya know how they work.

also.. my water pump converter kit should arrive today.. that should be an easy fix for Saturday.

Not really a modification.. but the wife bought a new sheet set for the camper. I may put those on.. and do a drive way camp this weekend.

Camp Driveway. Nice! As long as it's not considered to be the doghouse...

I did the water pump converter.. and put the new sheets, etc on the bed. Didn't do a driveway camp.. don't know why, just didn't.

The little gutter extensions didn't get installed. that's for another day (note to self: I need a step ladder).
