Had a great time. The weather was nice till Sunday morning. Caught about a dozen fish, saw a couple that I really wanted to catch but it just wasn't in the cards this trip. Campfires are a good thing...
Great pics! Max hamming it up for the camera as always!

With the interstate being shutdown southbound how did y'all get back? Northbound was down to one lane, did you get stuck in traffic going up? Just curious...looks like a wonderful campground, would love to camp there but until the landslide is fixed it will have to wait.

We went up on I-75 north without any traffic problems even when it went down to one lane on Thursday mid-morning. Coming back there is a detour on Rt 297 through Elk Valley. It basically follows the same route as the interstate in the valley below. It has some twists and turns and a few hills to climb, but it is a nice drive with lots of scenery. Over-all I think it took us an extra 20-25 min. more than it normally would to get back to the interstate this way at exit 141 from Jellico.

I was very pleased with the CG.. I like it alot. Paved roadways and camp site driveways are a nice added feature. Some sites even have a concrete pad next to the camper driveway. You are surrounded by beautiful mountain views. I wish I had taken my bike.. since there are almost no hills inside the CG.. it would be very nice for leisure riding.
I hope to return to INDIAN MT a few times this year.
The I-75 issues were really not a problem on this trip.
