Opening weekend

After missing last year, we were back at Eastman Campground for opening weekend again. Turned out to be a beautiful weekend for camping and there were only 6 other campers there.

Nice looking camp fire you got going. Noticed that you have a Cruiser 5th wheel, so do I.

Our Crossroads is also an 08. It's the reason I'm not allowed to take campers in for service anymore. I took our Jayco in for brake adjustment / bearings greased and came home with this. It's the CF31QB with the optional 1/2 bath in the rear bedroom. We've had it two years and really like it.

Wow, mine is also a 08 model, I have the CF30sk. It has two super slides in the kitchen/living room.

As close as we are, we haven't gone to the Eastman park in YEARS! and we have never camped there. My aunt retired from there and my cousin is getting ready to retire from there.

It's wonderful camping weather and I sure would like to be out camping, but without a truck, camp driveway is about it.

My truck SHOULD be built today or tomorrow!! WOOO HOOOO!!

I'm beginning to wonder, but, we are paying off some credit cards, using the money that I would have been using to pay the truck payment. It has really taken a big dent out of what we owe.

The salesman that I have been dealing with talked with the owner and said he was pretty sure I would get a MUCH better deal since I have had to wait so very long for it. If not, I may just head to another dealership and see what they can do for me. I can probably get the same truck for much less money, if my current dealer won't DEAL!
