Anyone seen any new camping products lately. I like to get some new chairs and a grill. I have been looking but I just can't find the right ones. I will keep looking....Any other net things out there?

Nothing innovative, or that I can't live without. I did make new use of a couple of old items last week though (Imagine that). I bought a mister for $10 at home depot http://fp.vendaria.com/vpop/VpopViewer.html?uid=100373188&iid=AddpfzvImumvmKvJJIIKfwKILumLKv&bg=FFFFFF&nm=BZOpener&err=0&title=&pf=t&fr=t and sat it in front of a fan I already had. It cooled things down nicely while outside at the campground.

Oh yeah, it works great!!

It was 95 degrees and I am a 53 year old menopausal woman - it cooled me off enough that I could stand myself!!! I'm not sure if the others could, but I was OK with myself.

The immediate air around us was cooled amazingly, but when you got out of the fan air, it was just as hot as it was when we were at the playground.

I'm definitely getting at least one, maybe two, if I can find them. One for our deck, which is covered, but still hot and one to take in the TT.

He sold me on it.

The only thing new I can think of is the Betty Crocker COMPLETE Meals in a box. They are wonderful for the "setup" day of camping. Everything is in the box ($2.99@ Walmart) for a meal. They have several different ones - chicken fried rice, cheesy beef taco, chicken alfredo, chicken and biscuits (pot pie like), creamy chicken with broccoli and rice and several others.

You open the box, open a can, open a packet, add some water or milk, put it in the oven, microwave or cook on the stove.

15 minutes from opening the box until setting it on the table.

I usually will open a can of green beans or a bag of salad and we have a complete meal.

Not bad to feed a family of 4 for $5.00 (including salad/beans) and have it ready in 15 minutes. Beats the heck out of McD's or Burger King.

I will purchase a couple of them and put them in the TT each month during the camping season. That way, we always have a quick and easy meal.

I'll be getting a few of those, Donna, thanks for the tip.

Crawford, I was amazed by how well it worked. I did get a little damp eventually, and that was a good thing in 95 degree weather.
