the propane savings will not really amount to much.. but I do like not having to mess with lighting a pilot light.. and hoping it stays lit. Its easier to flip a switch inside the camper.

Now that you have free Hot Water, It's time to install radiant heating under the floors so your feet won't get cold while winter camping.

I think Chuck is getting to be like me.........he likes to just flip a switch and go Very Happy His next trailer will have a slide out, with a button he can push. Shocked

Chuck, I understand that you solved your problem, but I found this website http://www.rvdoctor.com/2010/08/rv-water-heater-pilot-flame-out.html that has a good article on trouble shooting similar problems. I figured it would be good info for othere reading this with the same issues.

Those projects are still in the dream stage. I haven't fixed the lift arms yet.
