getting ready for camping

Just thinking does any buddy wait till almost the last mintue to get ready or like me weeks ahead just waiting to spring out of seat ready to go? You know the type ready,set,go. Crawford

I kinda do both.. I am anxious to get out on the first trip of the season.. but I tend to put off things.. so I am sure when that first trip comes,.. I'll be scarmbling to get things ready.

I do a little of both....I will have MOST of the stuff packed into the camper weeks before we are ready to go, then the day before we leave, I will grab the stuff that we use everyday and put it in a tote. On leaving day, we will grab the tote, purse and meds, milk and go.

We will be preparing the camper before long, waking it from it's winter sleep. I/we have a few things to take care of before the 1st trip. We will re-load certain things back into the camper that are normally stored there for the summer. Everything else is stored and organized in the garage. Including food and clothing. We can normally be ready to leave the driveway inside of an hour if we want to, although we usually get almost everything ready the night before.

With night temps in the 20's it's still a bit nippy for a quick trip this weekend, but I'm likely going to scout out new campgrounds again! I'll take my camera.

I'm usually a last minute camper. I just make up my mind when the time come

The sun was out today, we are getting things ready

For me it all depends on how much advance notice i have for myself. Like a beach trip i do a little at a time so when it comes to the time to leave its not a mad rush.
