Asian BBQ Chicken

I tried a new homemade marinade for chicken this week. It turned out to be very good. It was an Asian inspired BBQ. I will post the recipe later if any are interested. I cooked it out on the grill and it would be a great camping recipe. Let me know if you are interested.

I am a cajun from Louisiana and if you haven't heard the story from Justin Wilson a cajun will eat anything. LOL!

Does the marinade have terraki in it? I found the best teriaki sauce ever from the hot sauce shop in Gatlinburg TN. If you haven't been there it is worth the trip.

There is teryaki but not from Gatlinburg. I have not been to the hot sauce store in a long time. I will have to go by the next time we do Gatlinburg. I love the one in Mountain Mall and also a store called "All Sauced Up", if it is still there on the main street.
