Choices and frustration
It's clearly going to be a short summer this year. I want to camp in all of these campgrounds and go on all of these trips, and I'm not going to have enough weekends at home to do them all.
And I want to go now and get a head start, meaning this very weekend starting today, but it's just too darned Cold and Snowy.
Arrrrrrrghhhhhhhh!
Is it just me, or do you folks feel the same way?

What's a matter Richard? You've got cabin fever. I'm sure that the rv show will only make things worst

I have an idea, we can all sell our houses and quit our jobs and become a nomadic tribe of campers travelling from CG to CG. What do ya think?

Re: Choices and frustration
Uh, ummmm, Rev Earth Father, are there any particular rules, or do we just have to be a little unrealisticly skewed toward denying our other duties in favor of camping?
I mean, we don't have to wear Black Nike shoes and drink coolaid when the commet passes by or anything do we? Why, I haven't even had a chance to check my water heater out yet.

Dave, can I at least bring my water heater with me and open it up on the way?

Re: Choices and frustration
I absolutely must have Spam... at least once a year...
Cut thin and fried, on a sandwich, or cubed and fried with bacon and scrambled eggs...
Hope I didn't just turn this into a Spam cooking thread...

Neither will mine. Maybe we could share an annual can on one of the camping trips Alan.

Re: Choices and frustration
My wife doesn't even want it opened in the house. She hates the smell of it. I think it's yummy! It's a manly thing.
By the way, if you ever find yourself in Austin, MN, with a few hours to kill (Happened to me) I highly recommend the Hormel/Spam museum. It's a really entertaining interactive museum. Even great stuff for the kids. Seriously, it's really impressive. Especially the TV game show you participate in, and the holigraphic soldier that walks beside you explaining that while Spam is great, they do get tired of it. It's first class stuff.

I guess that shows anything can become a museum.Richard wrote:My wife doesn't even want it opened in the house. She hates the smell of it. I think it's yummy! It's a manly thing.

Re: Choices and frustration
Now that's a classy condo development. Backing in is likely a bit difficult, but other than that, 100% class!
Re: Choices and frustration
Richard, the only thing better would have been to have a pop-up in there
