How long do you hang on to an unused camper

I've pretty much quit camping. But I still like to think of myself as a camper. I use my camper once every year or two now. The family just isn't much interested anymore, and like Chuck, I just can't get into going without them. The camper tires are good, but getting old. There's a soft spot in the floor, etc. How long did you hang onto your camper before you let it have new owners that would enjoy it. Should I sell or should I hold until the urge to camp takes over again? The camper is the one I bought from Dave and Darlene, and it is my ideal camper. I hate to get rid of it, but eventually I'll have to get tires, re-do the roof just out of age-related issues, fix the spot in the floor, etc. Any advice?
