New in the box, a pair of snow white wheel covers (OVER DRIVE brand by Classic Accessories).
PVC outer with laminated knit polyester backing.
Size 3 - fit 29 inch to 31.75 inch tire diameter (measured edge of tire to edge of tire)

$15.00 for the pair

That is a great price. I will have to measure to see if they will fit on my little Pop up tires. Tires for the PUP are not expensive, but they die from sun damage more than from being worn out. The last set had plenty of tread, but were so sun cracked that I could not keep them aired up. If they will fit mine, I will want them.
