Soaring Eagle Campground

Has anyone camped at Soaring Eagle before, just east of Kingston?

It looks very nice on the website, is on the river, has reasonable rates, store sells ice, firewood, propane, and beer, and it's less than a half hour drive from my house.  It seems like a good place to do some fishing this time of year.  If you've stayed there, please post your opinions of it.  Assuming they have sites available, I think I'm going to book a couple of nights next weekend.  I'll post a review afterwards.

That sounds interesting. . Might have to check out out. Some of our members have camped at Caney Creek.. that's in your neck of the woods too.
