Great customer service!

I ordered a T-shirt and a hat from the VC "Cool Stuff" store (hosted by Cafe Press). My items arrived last week. The shirt looked great, but the hat had a small color smudge (from the screen printing) over the VC logo. It isn't very noticeable and not worth returning.. I will wear it. However, I did email customer support to let them know I was not 100% satisfied. GUESS WHAT!?!?!?! ...they are gonna send another hat, free of charge.. and told me to keep the first one.. so I would have two. Plus the second hat will be "white".. so I will have one of each color they offer.

I am a happy customer.
