LOL, Sitting slightly wet in the drizzle at Smokey Bear should be a choice, not something forced on you inside the camper. I'm glad the repairs worked out.
Re: Caulking top of HTT Roof
We will be backing up the roof again this spring. This time it will get a complete roof covering and not just a once over and be done, new caulk around everything. Purshased the good stuff at Camping World.
I have been researching so much on these older campers and found a lot of new areas to look at. I didn't think about some of the problems that will cause leaks but this also happen to every travel trailer that comes with age. Once I have completed my research I plan to create a leak book in terms of what to watch for and maintain on a month schedule.
Yes this camper may have leaked before and we bought it anyway, but we are determined to never ever see a leak again...
Oh and I do see new flooring also this spring and new idea for bathroom wall covering that looked great in one of the campers at the RV show.
I am just excited

Thus, my goal in life to own a camper that Dave Kral has owned before! It will even come with a book for continued maintenance. Keep going to RV shows Dave, it's just a matter of time till she's mine.
