Camping Chair
I was in Nashville this week on business.. My hotel was about a 1/2 mile from Camping World. Went to the store to look around a little Wednesday.. I found a nice camping chair. I have one of those folding camping chairs.. but don't really like it. However.. this chair is different. First.. its big.. real BIG! very roomy and comfortable. It is extra soft.. and you just sink down into the chair. This is what I want for Christmas.

Re: Camping Chair
I've looked at those several times, but was kinda afraid they wouldn't hold up (with Butch, that is). Let me know how it does. I may have to break down and buy a couple.

The weight limit listed on the CW website is 225 pounds. I am well over that. But before I knew the wgt limit I sat in the chair at the store. It felt plenty sturdy.
I have seen the same chair (Maccabee Sport Club Chair) other places.. and the wgt limit was listed at 250.
I guess you would have to buy at your own risk.. But to me.. it seemed much more sturdy than the $10 - $15 chairs you buy at WAL-MART.. and I have used those many times.. So far not one has broken.

Per Tim's comment, Donna, don't worry about Butch, worry about his sister! Hahahahaha! She was hilarious when she sat in that old director's chair and it ripped.
Re: Camping Chair
All it needs is a matching foot stool and it could find a place in the "man cave"!

Re: Camping Chair
I think the weight limit on chairs is just for the protection of the company that made them. They will probably hold more than that is listed.

Really nice chair, do they have different colors. These would look great in front of your camper Chuck.

Camping World only has the brown.. as far as I know. However.. while searching the internet I actually found them in red and blue.. but I can't remember where.Darcamper wrote:Really nice chair, do they have different colors. These would look great in front of your camper Chuck.
