I use the flush king to do a back flush of my black tanks. I like how it works.

What is a Flush King? I always thought that the king of flush was Richard, especially with that new port-i-potty

A flush king is a clear plastic pipe with a valve on it, it has a water hose connection. The flush king hooks onto your sewer outlet on your trailer. You can do a back flush on your black tank as well as your grey tanks.

Yes Richard could be considered the King of Flush Razz

Just for the record, I "own" a porta-potty, but I have no idea how much Chuck is charging me to store it until I see him at the RV show.

At this point, I am not qualified to be the king of flush, as I still use a bucket with a snap on seat and a plastic bag. No flushing for me, at least not yet.

I did go to walmart and look longingly at the new ones, just to heighten the anticipation of when I get my very own real potty.

Patience Richard, Patience...

But if your patience runs thin, you can always take a drive to Knoxville to visit Chuck!

A word of advice when it comes to the flush king .... not gonna say exactly how I know about this silent as dh might not approve of me telling tales on him so soon... however.. when backflushing... please remain aware of what you are doing and don't get distracted talking to the campground owner. You just might bust your tank... on your brand new camper... and need a brand new tank installed and a new underbelly covering. Fortunately the RV dealer handled it under warranty.... Laughing

When I use mine, I go inside and watch the lights on the probes. When it reaches the 2/3 full mark I turn it off.

Craig times it. However, he does get distracted. He was just talking away with Dave, the owner of Jellystone. I came out and said.. "um... why is there a ton of water on the ground".... We were surprised that it didn't come up through the toilet and flood the inside of the camper. Instead it popped the tank.

I use a counting system.. I know I can safely count to 100 and not be too full. even when variations in water pressure and flow.. the 100 count is safe.

I also have discovered that if I listen closely.. I can hear the water reaching the top of the black tank. There's a little creaking sound when it's getting close to full.
