Charcoal Smoked Shrimp

Found this recipe seems tasty. Going to try it...

Have the Shrimp marinating with season rub and olive oil for two hours before cooking. Melted a stick of butter and pour into the bottom of a 9 x 13 disposable pan. Then lay the shrimp into rows overlapping them just a little on top of the tails.

Get some charcoal heating in the fire pit and add a rack above the coals. Place the pan of shrimp on the rack and cover the pan with foil so it covers the side below the rack like a lid for 20 minutes.
