Anybody camping in March?

Anyone gonna try and start the camping season in March? Looks like the temps may be rising a little this weekend and next. I know we have the April event at River Plantation.. anyone gonna venture out before then?

First weekend in April.... Assuming we don't get the "blizzard of '13"

We are heading to James Island Co Park outside of Charleston, Sc on March 23 and will return on March 30. Then we will do the VC weekend in April. That's all we have planned until May.

We did last year. Just haven't gotten motivated yet to get the rig ready. We need a couple of warm afternoons. Maybe my perspective will change once we 'spring forward'.

Heading to Rock Island State Park March 23 for3 nights.

Still working on the camper floor and shower...when it is done, and when the weather is good, we will probably go to Cove Lake.

Carolyn and I just made reservations for Caney Creek rv resort wednesday march 13th and 14th, she has vacation all that week. Its the best catfishing around these parts, cant wait This weekend were going to de-winterize,polish, and spring clean her up..it maybe early to camp yet but we cant wait anymore!!! Anyone is welcome to join us

I like CANEY CREEK..need to get back down there sometime.. Wish I had the time off next week.

We camp all year round. It is great when there are not many people.

PANTHER CREEK AND COVE LAKE

I really wanted to go somewhere next weekend with the camper. but doretta said it was time to go to the beach, so i guess we are heading to south florida. but look for us in may we will be heading somewhere

Sounds good! We are heading to Destin, Florida in September.. but not pulling the camper. We'll do the condo thing.

Take the camper there! One of our best/favorite trips was to the beach in 2010.
