PMs.. or "private messages" can be.. and should be used when the message:

Is personal.
Contains phone numbers, etc that you do not want to post for all to see.
Doesn't involve the group.. but only 2 or 3 members.



Admin does not have the ability to (nor the desire to) read your private messages.
